According to available information, SIMA possesses 600 skills including movement, stair climbing, map viewing, and menu opening. This AI model has been trained using videos of games played by humans, mimicking real players’ actions, and it is supported by popular games like Valheim, No Man’s Sky, and Goat Simulator 3, collaborating with some game companies.

It’s important to distinguish between SIMA and non-playable characters (NPCs). NPCs are game-specific characters, unique to the game they are part of. For example, an NPC from Valheim cannot be transferred to a different game like Call of Duty.

Conversely, SIMA is designed for cross-game application, aligning with one of the primary goals of the Google DeepMind team—to enable the AI to play any game.
